What I Loved: Compact size. It fit nicely in the corner of the sink so it was close to the outlet. Quiet Fan. It was significantly quieter than our large dehumidifier and our installed room dehumidifier. I specifically wanted a bathroom dehumidifier for that was quieter than the room one because when we shower at night the loud fan wakes the kids up.What I Liked: Automatic Turn Off. If the tank fills up before you get a chance to empty it, it will simply turn off. No overflowing concerns. Go to work, take a trip, don’t worry about it. Nice, clean white design. Goes well with any décor, blends into the background. Removable water tray. The plug is a little tricky at first to pop out to drain the water, but it’s very easy once you get it and makes for quick draining. Simple Usage. There is nothing complicated about this. No learning curve. Plug it in. Turn it on, turn it off. That’s it. Easy peasy. What I Didn’t Like: The biggest and only concern for me was the speed at which the humidity was captured. While it minimally reduced the steam/ fog in the bathroom during showers, it did not do it fast enough to make a significant impact on moisture in the room. This will not replace opening a window or door or running a fan during showers. You will still end up with molded sheetrock and foggy mirrors otherwise. That was the purpose of my purchase, so that highly affected my review.Bottom Line: It was not quickly effective which was a big issue for me. If it worked quicker this would have been a four or five star review.I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. I am in no way connected to the seller nor am I required to leave a favorable review. If over time, with use, my opinion of this product changes- I will update the review.
